Cancellation & Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable due to the nature of international travel bookings and arrangements.
If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person, pending approval.
If the event is canceled by the organizers, attendees will receive a full refund of the registration fee, excluding travel costs.
Travel & Accommodation Policy
Attendees are responsible for booking their own international airfare to/from Cairo (CAI).
Conference hotel accommodations must be booked separately. A group rate is available at the Sheraton Nile Casino.
All domestic travel in Egypt (included in the registration fee) will be arranged and communicated in advance.
Health & Safety Policy
Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all health, passport, and visa requirements to enter Egypt.
We encourage all participants to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances including trip delays, medical emergencies, and cancellations.
