By using this Site or registering for an event, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Booking and Payment

All event registrations must be completed through our official website.

Full payment or a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.

Your registration is not confirmed until payment is received in full or as outlined in the event payment plan.

Payment is accepted via the methods available at checkout.
 

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of international travel bookings and arrangements, all payments are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual, pending our written approval.

If the event is canceled by The Egypt Experience, a full refund of the registration fee will be issued, excluding any personal travel or flight costs.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

4. Travel Requirements

Attendees are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements for the destination, including:

Valid passport

Any necessary visas

Vaccinations or health documentation (if required)

Failure to comply may result in denial of entry, for which we are not responsible and no refund will be issued.

5. Event Itinerary and Changes

We reserve the right to adjust the event itinerary, accommodations, or included services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, vendor availability, safety concerns). We will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable experience and will notify participants of significant changes.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward all attendees, guides, and locals during the trip. We reserve the right to remove any individual from the experience without refund if their behavior jeopardizes the safety, comfort, or well-being of others.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including photos, text, graphics, and branding, is the property of The Egypt Experience and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Egypt Experience is not liable for:
